✅ 1. Trim the stems carefully • Cut 1–2 cm from the bottom of each stem using a sharp, clean knife. • Make a straight cut (not angled), as orchids are not woody. 

💧 2. Use shallow, clean water • Place in a vase with only 2–5 cm of clean, room-temperature water. • Orchids absorb wate slowly — too much can cause stem rot. • Change water every 2–3 days.

🌿 3. Use a clean vase • Bacteria will quickly damage orchid stems — wash the vase thoroughly before use.

🌤️ 4. Keep in a cool, humid place • Ideal temperature: 18–24°C. • Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, cold drafts, or air conditioning. • Orchids do well in indirect light and gentle humidity.
